1. Acceptance of These Terms
By booking an appointment or otherwise using the Bellissimo Sorelle website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Bookings
Appointments can be booked directly through our website, and each confirmed booking receives a unique booking reference. Please ensure the contact details you provide (name, phone number, email) are accurate, as we use them to confirm, manage, or contact you about your appointment.
3. Online Payment at Booking
Bookings are paid in full online at the time of booking, processed securely by Stripe. A small number of services are priced only at your appointment (for example, custom henna designs) — bookings that include such a service are paid in person at the salon instead. Gift cards can be applied at checkout, and any booking fully covered by a gift card requires no online payment.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 4 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.5. Payments
We accept secure online payment through our website for bookings and gift cards, processed by Stripe — all major credit/debit cards are accepted. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by us. For services paid at the salon, we accept PayNow, cash, and credit/debit cards in person.
6. Pricing
Prices shown on our website and price list are accurate at the time of publishing. Some services are listed as pricing "from" a stated amount, as the final price can vary depending on factors such as hair length, condition, or the specific treatment required — this will always be confirmed with you before your service begins.
7. Service Suitability & Health Disclosures
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or if you are pregnant prior to your treatment, as some services may not be suitable. We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols for all our tools and equipment.
8. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for its intended purpose — browsing our services and booking appointments — and not in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with other visitors' use of it.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
